1. What is your cancellation/refund policy?
-We do not accept cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Make sure all items are correct before purchase.
2.Can i exchange a sale item?
-We do not accept exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Exchanges are only considered due to wrong doing on our side of the purchase.
If you would like to exchange an item due to size or wrong item being shipped, please contact our customer service with a picture of receipt and description of item requesting exchange. Exchanges must be requested within 72 hours of receiving items and items must be in new condition (un-worn with all tags and labels attached)
ALL REQUESTS FOR AN EXCHANGE MUST BE MADE WITH 72 hours after the package is received.
Item(s) MUST be in the same condition that it was received (unwashed and unworn). Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged CANNOT be exchanged.
3. What if i never received my item?
-We are not responsible for lost or stolen items confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company (USPS). Information of item will be given upon request.
4. What payment options are available?
-We accept Apple Pay and all major credit cards.
5. Do you ship internationally?
-Yes. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
